• We strongly recommend reservations be made, especially on weekends and during school holidays.
• Step 1: Pick the type of visit.
• Step 2: Select the number of visitors in your party by entering the number next to "Quantity" at the top of the page.
• Step 3: Choose the date and time you wish to visit.
  
• Step 4: Pay using a credit card or PayPal.
  
• All visitors three and over must have a reservation.
• We do not have a minimum age limit for visitors, but ask parents to make sure your children are capable of behaving in our cat lounge before you make the reservation. Minors under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Reservations for cat time may be cancelled up to 24 hours before your visit to receive a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your visit are not refundable. Special event reservations are not refundable.
• You may reschedule any reservations up to one hour before your visit without charge.
